Classes

I am a passionate believer in the effectiveness of informed and individually tailored exercise based on the Pilates method. 

Studio Pilates

On your first visit, you will be taken through an assessment to establish an exercise programme that best suits your individual needs. This will be reviewed continually as you progress. Each class takes 60 minutes and is by appointment.

Online Pilates

Online classes are ideally only offered after a face to face assessment is completed. Online classes are either 30 or 60 minute sessions. No additional equipment is required. We can work with chairs, towels, cushions and whatever you have on hand.

I strongly feel that constantly increasing my knowledge as a practitioner is essential to ensuring the best possible care of my clients. Since completing the Alan Herdman teacher training course in body conditioning and remedial mat and apparatus Pilates, my training and development has continued with some of the industries’ most distinguished teachers - Classic Pilates with Jay Grimes, Pre-Natal and Post-Natal workshops with Carolyne Anthony, Osteoporosis and Lower Back Dysfunction with Sherri Betz, The Franklin Method with Erik Franklin, Fascia work with Elizabeth Larkam author of "Fascia in Motion", Neurological Conditions with Mariska Breland, Body Rolling with Yamuna Zake, a series of remedial workshops with Dr. Brent Anderson President of Polestar Pilates Education, to name just a few. In addition, I am a Licenced Buff Bones® instructor, a certified Neurological Conditions Pilates Trainer and a Menopause Fitness Specialist.
